[CVE-2010-4250] inotify group leak

CVE-2010-4250
	Memory leak in the inotify_init() system call. In some cases,
	it could leak a group, which could allow a local, unprivileged
	user to eventually cause a denial of service.

This issue was introduced in maverick.  Fixes have since hit maverick
and later via mainline and stable.  Following this email is a patch for
maverick/ti-omap4.  This is a simple cherry-pick from the mainline fix.
