[PATCH] [SRU] [O/omap4] fix EDID failure with ES2.3 silicon

SRU Justification:
    
Impact:
On 4430 ES2.3 silicon, EDID doesn't work and thus the resolution of the
external display is not detected.
 
Fix:
Apply the patch and check display's resolution.
