Patch submission for Thinkpad X1 Carbon ethernet dongle

 Support for the ethernet dongle that ships with the Thinkpad X1 Carbon 
 was added to the mainline kernel in the following commit:
 http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git;a=commitdiff;h=66dc81ecd71332783c92fb170950d5ddb43da461

 However, this isn't available until version 3.6.2.  Please consider 
 applying the attached patch to the Ubuntu kernel.  I have successfully 
 applied and tested it at the current quantal head revision (tag 
 Ubuntu-3.5.0-21.32)
