[Raring][Nexus7] UBUNTU: [Config] Set config flag to enable core dump generation

Hi,

CONFIG_ELF_CORE isn't set in the nexus 7 kernel, meaning we don't get
core dumps to generate crash reports.

It was probably unnecessary to have it enabled for Android, but we
surely want this on Ubuntu.

Cheers,
