This commit enables Cintiq 22HD from Wacom in Quantal.  This commit is already in the mainline tree and can be cherry picked cleanly.

== Test Case ==
A Quantal test kernel was built with this commit cherry picked.  The original bug reporter confirmed this test kernel allows the device to function properly.
