[PATCH 0/2][kteam-tools] ktl: Update series data

Two modifications to ubuntu.py related with series:

 - Maverick is not supported anymore
 - P is not the development series; added support for the Q series

I believe the 2nd patch is not supposed to be pushed until the Precise release
actually happens.
