Applied: [Precise][PATCH 0/4] nfs: Kernel Oops on nfs_have_delegation

Applied to Precise master-next.  Don't forget to add the whole SRU 
justification template to the bug description.  I also modified the 
commit subject's for patches 3 and 4 to be prefixed with "UBUNTU: 
SAUCE:" since they have not yet landed in Linus' tree.
