[Oneiric] [PATCH 0/1] Commonise HZ

We spent time at UDS reviewing the Ubuntu configuration, one anomoly
was the HZ value for amd64; being 100HZ whereas all other architectures
default to 250HZ.  This was referred for further study but this study has
not yet been satisfactorily completed.  As we are now at kernel freeze
it seems appropriate to at least standarise on the common value used on
all the other architectures.  We can then review this again with a view
to getting more numbers for UDS-P.
