Since these are all upstream stable patches, they don't have to go
through the ack process.

Someone needs to make sure that all of the required patches are included
in order to get us to what we think is a good stable end point, and
apply all those to master-next. Update the tracking bug linked above to
indicate that, and include that tracking bug in a buglink in the commits

They'll go back out in the next -proposed for another try
