SRU: [PATCH] [maverick|natty]/ti-omap4 usb: ehci i/o fix

SRU Justification:

This is the famous patch from Ming Lei that fixes the abysmal perfomance 
problem we had on usb on arm platforms.

Impact:
	- without the patch, 'dd' over usb mass storage is about 4~5MB/sec.
    
Fix:
	- After applying the patch, 'dd' over usb mass storage is about 14~16MB/sec.

The same patch already hit Oneric, proposing for Maverick and Natty.
