CVE-2011-1768
	tunnels: fix netns vs proto registration ordering Same stuff as
	in ip_gre patch: receive hook can be called before netns setup
	is done, oopsing in net_generic().

The fix for this has hit most releases via mainline and stable.  Following
this email are two patch sets.  The first for hardy consisting of a manual
backport of these changes.  The second for lucid/fsl-imx51 consisting of
a pair of patches, one a cherry-pick of a supporting commit from lucid
stable, the other a minor backport for the lucid stable change plus
its fix.

Proposing for lucid/fsl-imx51 and hardy.
