it is a kernel living in the ubuntu universe, iirc it was done by a
community member for the kubuntu-mobile image flavour. the kernel
package was done with help from emmet hickory, mathieu poirier and john
rigby based on the linaro packaging trees since they seemed more
appropriate for single flavour builds back then... if you look around
in the archive you will likely find that the ac100 flavoured kernel (at
least after jani took over and worked with linaro on improving my
initial packaging) looks similar.
