[SAUCE PATCH] add support for Lenovo tablet ID (0xE6)

Please consider the following patch for Maverick SRU. 

The patch was submitted upstream, upstream has changed the code
for reporting resolutions, and it is not in linus tree, and it is
in the maintainers for-linus tree. I am re-submitting my upstream 
patch based on this for-linus tree. Detailed coversation is here:

I have tested the patch & the userspace patch on my x220. you can 
find all the packges here:

SRU JUSTIFICATION
================

IMPACT
=======
Touch screen not functional.

FIX
===
User space patch and a kernel patch required to fix this issue, 
submitted kernel patch upstream.

TEST
====
I tested this on the X220, the touch screen works with finger and pen, 
I am able to double click to select.
