I'm not 100% sure what that means; I think
git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-debian.git is where you keep the
tip version of the packaging copied in the various kernel packages? If
so, then this would seem like the place to land the changes, then I
would appreciated if these could be copied in linux / ubuntu-natty.git.
The idea is that we could start building armhf binaries from an
modified Ubuntu sources, even if Ubuntu doesn't have armhf buildds
right now.

At UDS, both Linaro and Ubuntu ARM were in favor, but there were very
technical issues to solve:
* we hadn't and we probably still don't have buildds for armhf
* it will take some time to complete building of the archive
* some packages need porting to the new ABI, like gcj
* a transition path from armel would be desirable (multiarch helps
there)
All of these are solvable, but I didn't want to start polluting the
kernel package with armhf flavors/abis/configs/... before we're closer
to this. For now, Steve McIntyre and I are bootstrapping manually as
to prepare the ground and we'd like as many Ubuntu sources as possible
to be ready for armhf -- as to not have to merge our changes over and
over again.
