Debugging Sound Problems

With regards to the policy no-sound/low-sound/headphone-no-sound/no
auto-mute/etc. bugs should be filed about 'linux', tagged 'kernel-sound'
and have 'ubuntu-audio-team' subscribed.  Is that right?
