[Oneiric] LP:904569 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List[1]:
LP:904569[2]

* This bug appears to be a regression in the 3.0.0-15 update.
* There are a few duplicates so far.
* I plan on starting a bisect to try and identify what change introduced 
the regression.
