You can either use perf from an official linux-tools package, e .g.,
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/77169864/linux-tools-3.0.0-8_3.0.0-8.11_armel.deb,
or build in an armel schroot. Cross compile questions should be directed
at Linaro linaro-dev at lists.linaro.org
