[Oneiric ti-omap4] Two config tweaks

The first one (to enable CONFIG_CGROUP_FREEZER) is a no-brainer. It was
the last piece missing to get lxc running on the panda board.

The second one should probably handled with more care and review by
people more involved into Arm. While doing other things we saw a
crash happen and from the specific error there seems to be a bug
open about it and the recommendation seemed to be to turn off support
for an option which seems to be related to the N900 panel.
