cleancache and zcache?

I wonder if cleancache (CONFIG_CLEANCACHE) and zcache (CONFIG_ZCACHE)
should be enabled in the Oneiric kernel.

I don't see any downsides for either of these options, and haven't been
able to find any in my web searching.

Could these be enabled in Oneiric? And if not, why not?
