[Maverick] SRU: Update to 2.6.35.6 stable kernel

Leann,

I think ti-omap4 also need this stable rebase (both 2.6.35.5 and
2.6.35.6), there are some important fixings for ARM in these 2
release.

Let me prepare the pull request and testing.
