[PATCH 0/5] hid: 3m: Complete MT support

This patchset enables full support for the 22-inch 3M touchscreen. The
controller handles up to 60 fingers, and this version can do at least
20 fingers. Three of the patches fix actual problems, and one patch
converts the driver to the MT slots protocol.

The patches have been acked by Jiri Kosina, so it is likely that they
will appear upstream more or less unmodified.

Proposed to replace commit 267fcc in maverick.
