Right, the "harmless" portion of the ntrig drivers are still in there.
The strategy for this driver should be a bit clearer in a week or two. If you
can still drop the patches then, I don't mind them staying for the time being.
If you prefer a clean slate right now, please drop c9a251, fdeafb and 7f8b0f.
