[LUCID][linux-firmware] Please pull rt firmware updates and release to -proposed

Tim,

Please pull the updated rt2870sta firmware from upstream, verified by a
reporter in a bug report. I have also capped it off with a release
commit so it may be uploaded to -proposed. Please review and upload as
appropriate.
