kernel-maverick-ubuntu-delta-review: ureadahead trace events

Hi all,

I've talked with Scott and reviewed the patch we are carrying to provide
trace event information to ureadahead. The patch is not upstream and may
not be acceptable upstream anyways. Scott has confirmed that he will
continue being the responsible party for the patch in the event of
breakage or merge issues. Thus, we don't need to do anything more for
Maverick.
