Oddly enough, no, because Ubuntu doesn't sell hardware.

An MCE isn't an issue driving your hardware, it's literally telling you
that your hardware is broken.  From the one you posted, it looks like
you're going to be suffering from a Big3 (or, if you're lucky, the 4th
that masquerades as the three) failure:  Motherboard, CPU, or RAM.

The 4th possibility is bad power (dying power supply, bad mains feed,
etc) that wreaks enough havoc to make it look like the CPU and
surrounding components are failing.

None of these are things the kernel team (or any Ubuntu mailing list)
can fix for you, you just need to get to part-swapping and exercising
warranties. :/
