[PATCH 2/2] UBUNTU: [Config] enable CONFIG_UNUSED_SYMBOLS

We need CONFIG_UNUSED_SYMBOLS enabled in order to ensure we get valid
ABI files:

    CONFIG_UNUSED_SYMBOLS=y
