T42 Radeon 7500 followup

I picked 2 patches posted by airlied to drm-2.6 to fix the kms/compiz 
issue on T42/T30, and tested it on a T42, mdeslaur also confirmed that it 
fixed his T30. https://launchpad.net/bugs/507148 these patches were picked 
up by apw in the package linux - 2.6.32-19.28.

ccing. ubuntu kernel list.

@jameie please post your results with that kernel to the bug.
