[LUCID FIRMWARE] Added firmware for NetXen network interface cards.

Qlogic provided us with the firmware for the netxen cards, they are 
working this firmware upstream. I believe the license is NOT a 
re-distributable license, and already raised concern with qlogic.

I am submitting a request pull so that you can review and comment abt the 
license.
