apport appears broken in latest updates/dailies

Folks,
	I'm not saying it is in-fact broken, but I have seen an inordinate
amount of bug reporters having problems reporting and/or collecting
logging for bugs.

In most cases, having the user run 'sudo apt-get install apport' has
resolved the issue, but a number of them are still having problems. 

Who needs to be made aware of this?
