[PATCH 0/1] Disable function tracing after hitting __schedule_bug

I've taken an interest in "scheduling while atomic" bugs recently, and this
change is immensely helpful for determine backtraces when the oops backtrace is
incorrect.

I know that the freeze is on for Lucid, so I don't know whether this can be
accepted for it. However, I think it's worthwhile to put into Ubuntu releases
even if it has to wait for M.

Thoughts?
