[LUCID] [PATCH] Added firmware for for RealTek RTL8191/2SE or RTL8171 wireless MACs

I guess I should have made myself clear from the beginning. What I'm
really wanting here are legitimate tracks for the provenance of these
bits. _Who_ at Realtek gave them to you, _who_ provided the license,
from _what_ URL were these bits copied, etc. I realize that not all of
the bits in linux-firmware have this information, but I suspect that
_you_ do for Realtek. Lets get that information codified while its still
fresh in your mind.

Consider the case wherein Realtek (or someone) sends us a cease and
desist letter 6 months from now claiming that they did not grant us
license to redistribute their bits. None of us are going to remember the
context and we won't have much of a defense.
