[PATCH 0/1] dockbook build fixes

Now that we are really building the documents package on the buildds
we hit a bug wherein xmlto cannot convert the kernel docbook to html.
This is due to a bug in out-of-tree builds for the documentation.
Copy the fix applied to xmldocs to all xml based document types.
