[Lucid/Maverick(?)] slow resume reports, and analysis of new bugs.

I picked the latest/newest 71 bugs from launchpad, With bug report subject 
like: WARNING: at 
/build/buildd/linux-2.6.32/kernel/power/suspend_test.c:53 
suspend_test_finish+0x88/0x90() and tagged as suspend-test-finish. These 
bugs reports slow resume after suspend.

Below you will find a list of drivers that are reported to resume in more 
than 100msec, and their frequency of occurrence over these 71 bugs. For 
example sd driver was reported to resume (took more than 100msec) slowly 
in 47 bugs out of 71 bugs. We could look at the reports for the double 
digit offenders and see what is causing these issues. This is an initial 
report, any thoughts ?
