[MAVERICK][PATCH 0/5] hid-magicmouse: scrolling improvements

The following patch series makes scrolling with a magicmouse much
better. The patches have been accepted upstream by Jiri Kosina, the
HID maintainer, on their way to 2.6.36. I would like to see the changes
in Ubuntu Maverick Alpha 2, but no biggie if it's too late.
