For changes of this magnitude I advocate cherry-picking all of these
patches and building a pre-proposed kernel with them as part of the
normal process. We want as much test coverage as possible. The folks
using pre-proposed are _supposed_ to know what they are doing, right? ,
I'd like to know sooner then later if it kills their kittens or eats
their lunch.
