Atop patches

The atop patch set at the URL above is based on 2.6.33.

It applies cleanly to the current Maverick kernel (2.6.35-5.7).

(It does not apply quite cleanly to the Lucid kernel (2.6.32-23.37) but
was trivial to port, fwiw).

Smoke test of the enhanced atop functionality (in both Maverick and
Lucid) looks fine.  My test kernels are here, if anyone else would like
to give them a spin:  http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kamal/atoppatch/

In short: This looks okay to me.  So... what's the next step?
