[Lucid] [SRU] [PATCH 0/2] correct fix for performance issue of fec driver for fsl-imx51

SRU Justification:

Impact: After introducing PHYLIB supporting to FEC driver, we faced a
performance drop. I provided a patch to fix that, but upstream refuse the
solution.

Fix: Baruch provided a new patch to fix this issue via using interrupt for
MDIO completion. This patch was merged into linux-2.6-net upstream tree. It
will be available in mainline soon.
