[OT?] is there no package containing the raw "vmlinux" kernel image?

why delete at all -> size
why delete early -> broken archive maintenance scripts or miscommunication
	about the naming between us and the archive maintainers.

In theory the ddeb should stay there until the .deb of the same version gets
expired. But there were (maybe are) issues with that.
I try to ask whether there is a chance to get those from somewhere but I fear
they are again gone for good. You would be needing to make your own kernel build
with skipdbg=false then...
