[PATCH] UBUNTU: [Config] Enable CONFIG_TIMER_STATS for fsl-imx51 kernel

so i suggest to change the subject to enable debug option or something. dove
has a similar patch and synced with x86

Actually, it also scared me at beginning.
That is because CONFIG_TIMER_STATS depends on CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL. After
I enabled CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL  and CONFIG_TIMER_STATS,  lots of options
show up.

In this patch, I just enabled 2 options : CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL and
CONFIG_TIMER_STATS.
