Ameen/Amit/Dann,

I have integrated all the patches that Ameen and Amit pointed me to, I 
pulled in 2 additional patches to satisfy build errors due to missing 
defines. I have a 64bit kernel debs in

Can you pls verify that this kernel works with the netxen cards and looks 
ok? I can then submit these patches to the lucid maintainer.
