Thanks for reply.
I have tried "noapic", "noacpi", "nolapic_timer" and all of them can solve my problem.
but maybe the last is the best.
Because I need the timer 3 of HPET, and the interrupt less than 16 has been taken by another device, without apic, I cannot allocated an interrupt for it.
And GMA500 is used in my platform, GMA500 driver cannot work with acpi disabled.
Well, any suggestion for GMA500 driver without acpi?

Try booting with noapic.
I had what sounds like the exact problem with karmic on a netbook (Atom
N270) and noapic worked-around the problem.
