SRU Justification:

Impact:
There is a critical issue when we try to upgrade kernel in Babbage 2.5 board.
After upgrading the kernel, we got a totally bricked board. It can be only
found in babbage 2.5 board.

Fix:
A patch (commit e8f8ea) in our Ubuntu-2.6.31-608.15 uploads introduced this
issue. This patch will try to switch the power management IC into low power
mode. But on Babbage 2.5 board, this operation will damamge the hardware
component. So in this SRU fixing patch we only do that switching operation on
mc13892 2.0a chip which already fixed this issue in hardware. on Babbage 2.5
board, switching operation will be skipped.

Testcase:
Please get the kernel package from
http://people.canonical.com/~roc/kernel/fsl_pmic/
Then try it on the babbage 2.5 board.
