[PATCH 0/1] [Maverick] LP#608674 -- include packaging in -source package

The -source package is a boot-strapping package.  It is used by other
packages which would like to build-depend: on the real linux source package
itself.  Up till now all consumers of this package have only desired the
linux source, but to help with the cross-compiling bootstrap we have a
requirement to also include the debian rules machinary.  This patch makes
that change, and maintains the original tarball.
