[PATCH 0/1] LP#530361 -- add mpt2sas to the installer

Seems we are unable to install on machines with the newer SAS controllers
as they need the mpt2sas controller to mount.  Its somewhat convoluted
to work around this issue.  As we are already building this module it
seems sane to make it available to the installer.
