[APPLIED] [PATCH 0/2] [lucid] LP#538377 -- Radeon HDMI output turns off randomly

Talking this through with the X-tream they have a huge number of bugs
all similar and which this seems to be the fix.  They would prefer to
see this in rather than out and we have a small window to revert if this
is not good generally if we apply it 'now'.  Therefore applying this and
pushing.
