[PATCH 0/1] PCI quirks: disable msi on AMD rs4xx internal gfx bridges

This patch is a fix for a bugzilla.kernel.org bug, and it has been confirmed as
a fix for the same issue in Lucid. Mainly, it fixes ATI Xpress 200M stability
by disabling pci msi interrupts. However, I have not seen this accepted
upstream yet, nor in -stable. I believe this is a proper fix, however, so I
propose this to be included in Lucid.
