2.6.31 patch to fix issues with tty compliance.

No.  I was just told about this bug while talking to Ted Tso about LSB
tests hanging.  I am still at Linux Plumbers Conf, and have limited
internet access.  If you need me to create an LP bug, it will need to
wait until I get home tonight (I'm local).
