Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi Guys,

Here's the updated bug list for the week [1].  I've added 9 new bugs to
the list.  2 regression-update, 1 regression-proposed, and 2
regression-potential bugs were added.  Currently, the Carried Forward
section is at 115 bugs (up 1), the In Progress section is at 105 bugs
(up 4), and the Fixed section is at 144 bugs (up 2).  Of the 12 bugs
added last time, the stats are as follows:

1 Fix Released
1 In Progress
3 Incomplete
6 Triaged
1 Confirmed
