Well, the uec builds just include linux-ec2 meta package and let
dependencies work out what that means.
- linux-ec2 depends on linux-image-ec2 (= 2.6.31.300.0)
- linux-image-ec2 depends on linux-image-2.6.31-300-ec2
- linux-image-2.6.31-300-ec2 is version 2.6.31-300.5

I'm assuming that we need to change the first step of the chain, to upload
a version of linux-ec2 that depends on linux-image-ec2 (= 2.6.31-301.6).

Sorry for grave ignorance, but what is the process for that happening ?
