[PATCH][Karmic] Fix mi1310_soc preview and LED

[AceLan Kao]

Hi,

This patch fixes the bug #310760 and make the webcam LED turn on/off
correctly.

It's already accepted by upstream and is in 2.6.32-rc1 now.
Please consider to get this patch into Karmic.
